Just wanted to say thank you Mark, Patty, and Jay for assisting my girlfriend and I in our time of need! Drove about 4 hours to pick up a car that was otherwise unfixable, but through the magic of Jay’s fingers(and a tool or two) he was able to get us back on the road in no time at all! I am in the business of customer service and it is so very refreshing to come across a group of people and business owners that truly believe in honesty, integrity, and communication.
