As an authorized Echo repair facility, we are able to diagnose and repair Echo equipment under warranty. That includes their trimmers, hedge-clippers, chain saws, blowers, and more.
Pugh’s Automotive Service is also an authorized repair facility for other brands of small equipment as well. Bear Cat, MTD, Craftsman, Cub Cadet, and Troy Bilt are just a few of the brands we are authorized to repair under warranty.
What You Need
Any equipment, Z-Turn, Riding Mower, Push Mower, Self-Propel Mower, Trimmer, Blower, Chain Saw, etc. brought in for warranty repair must be brought in with a copy of the purchase receipt. This contains the date you bought the unit, which determines if your warranty is still in date.
Pugh’s Automotive Service requires a $60 deposit for all small equipment that is dropped off for repair. This includes, but is not limited to Push & Self Propel Mowers, Snow Blowers, Push Trimmers, Trimmers, Blowers, Hedge Clippers, etc.
If your unit is covered by warranty, the deposit will be refunded to you at the completion of the service.
